Refund policy


Due to the nature of our products, Larrabee accepts limited returns on a case by case basis within 14 days of the purchase.

If you are not satisfied with your Larrabee purchase, I want to hear from you. I will try to address your concerns & make it right.

Return & Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at jeffrey@larrab.ee. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 840 Larrabee Street #4105, West Hollywood, CA, 90069, United States

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Damaged During Shipping
Please contact us within 72 hours of your order being delivered if the item arrives damaged from shipping so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will typically replace the damaged items once the below documentation has been provided.

It is important to carefully document the damage since all shipping is insured. We greatly appreciate you documenting the damage with as many photos of all aspects of the packaging & products shown.

Procedure for Items Damaged in Shipping
Send a message to jeffrey@larrab.ee and include:

  1. Your order number for reference (All order numbers begin with LAR and appear in your order confirmation email & on the packing slip in the shipment).
  2. A description of the damage including item(s) affected and damage to packaging,
  3. Photos to document the damage. PLEASE USE CAUTION WHEN PHOTOGRAPHING BECAUSE THERE IS LIKELY BROKEN GLASS. AVOID HANDLING WITH YOUR BARE HANDS. Please take multiple photos of the entire package including the damage (include photos of the product, packaging, labels & shipping materials). ***
  4.  Do not discard any items if possible until this process is finished because the carrier may request to inspect it. In your email, just let me know if you were able to hold on to it.

***The photos alleviate the need to return the item in most cases. And they also document the damage for insurance purposes. Larrabee will file the insurance claim. The more photos you can provide, the better. Include the label as well. The carriers have become very particular about detailed photos & sometimes want the items returned. 

Replacement Items
Once you've provided the above mentioned information & documentation of damage, Larrabee will send you a replacement  If an item is no longer in stock, we will offer a similar item to replace it. If there is nothing similar in stock, then Larrabee will offer a credit instead.

Exchanges
Only items that have been damaged in shipping will be considered for exchange/replacement

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds & Restocking Fee
If approved for a refund, you’ll be refunded using store credit. Refunds are the last resort if a damaged item cannot be replaced.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded within 10 business days.

Please note: we will refund your the cost of your purchase with store credit minus restocking fee of 10% for each item.

Refunds for Abandoned Orders & Restocking Fee
If you are unable to pick-up a local order & have not made arrangements after 14 days from the date your order was ready, we will cancel your order & refund your purchase with store credit minus restocking fee of 10% for each item.
